Cooking Instructions

Take 75g of rice (per person), 10g butter and 750ml of milk.

Mix together in a medium sized non-stick saucepan over a medium heat and bring to the boil, stirring continuously.

Reduce the heat to low and gently simmer for 30 minutes, stirring continuously, until the rice is soft.

For a sweeter pudding, stir in 25g of caster sugar and serve immediately.
