Ingredients

    • 200g Laila Self Raising Flour (Naan Atta)
    • Salt, to taste
    • 1 tbsp olive oil
    • 175g fat-free greek yoghurt
    • 50g butter

Method

    • Mix flour, salt, oil and greek yoghurt until the ingredients are well-combined. The dough should come away from the sides of the bowl cleanly.
    • Turn the dough onto a floured work surface and knead it for a couple of minutes. Form the dough into a disc before dividing it into 6 equal pieces. Using your hands (or a rolling pin) press out the dough to form an oval approx. 5 inches to 3.5 inches.
    • Cook the naan one by one in a frying pan over medium hot heat. Cook for around 1½ minutes each side. Serve warm with a knob of butter and a curry on the side.
    • Try Laila Dal Makhani or Laila Chana Masala for a lip-smacking combo. Add Laila Yoghurt, Mint & Coriander Poppadoms and Laila Punjabi Lime & Chilli Chutney on the side for a quick delicious feast!
