Herby and creamy, Green Goddess Hummus is delicious spread in a sandwich, or served with veggies or pitta, making it the ultimate appetiser or snack. Experiment by adding avocado, or spinach, or drizzle with Laila Lemon juice to create this addictive guilt-free dish.

Ingredients
- 1 can Laila Chickpeas, drained
- 60g tahini
- 2 tsp lime juice
- 2 garlic cloves
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp whole black pepper, freshly ground
- Handful fresh basil, roughly chopped
- Handful fresh parsley, roughly chopped
- 2 spring onions, roughly chopped
Method
- In a food processor, add chickpeas, tahini, lime juice, garlic, salt and whizz until creamy.
- Pour some olive oil or water and whirl the mixture till the hummus becomes silky smooth.
- Add in fresh herbs, spring onions and blend it to a desired consistency.
- Adjust seasoning as preferred.
- Scoop the hummus into a wide bowl, drizzle with olive oil and garnish with herbs.
- Serve it with pitta wedges, cut veggies and enjoy!
